Res Tipica is the ANCI (National Association of the Italian Communes) project of promotion of Italian territorial identities.
The project ANCI/Res Tipica  comes into being to safeguard and to promote the immense environmental, cultural, tourist and gastronomic heritage of the small and medium sized communes of our country. Res Tipica intends to value the culture of the territories in order to acquaint Italy and the whole world with the wealth of landscapes, knowledge and tastes.
