The action plan of Res Tipica previews the following activities:
>> Promotion et communication
The action of promotion and communication has for object the identities of the Italian territories of those Bodies that make part of the National Associations of the Cities of Identity, adherent to Res Tipica. In particular, it will be aimed to diversify the interventions in order to attain different targets, acting contemporary at several fronts through the realization of:

The site of the Italian territorial identities (history, culture, surroundings, landscape, cultural and gastronomic tourism of quality) adherent to Res Tipica and of those (private and public subjects, associations) that share the ethical value of the plan.
>Spot
Res Tipica has realized the promotional spot “L’Italia dei territori” (“Italy of the territories”) - the value of identities”, officially presented in Paris 10 March 2006 in occasion of “Italissima”.
>Camper of Res Tipica
The protocol of agreement between ANCI and the Association Producers of Camper (Group ANFIA) has given a camper at Res Tipica’s disposal, with which moving on the national territory for the meetings of presentation of the project and for the promotion of the award ANFIA-ANCI “I Comuni del turismo all’aria aperta” (“the Communes of tourism at open air”), addressed to the Communes that invest in the realization of parking areas for campers
>Campaigns of communication on specialized daily press
Res Tipica intends to publish its events through the international, national and local media and to continue publishing articles on reviews of the sector and those which are not.
>Brochure d'information, Guides territoires, produits multimedia
- printed informative brochures, in which will be presented territorial ambits(regional, sub-regional, inter-regional) related to the Cities of Identity adherent to the project;
- printed territorial guides who present the Cities of Identity through historical, artistic, environmental and high quality gastronomic routes, on regional or sub-regional level;
- multimedia products (DVD, CD Rom) on the territorial identities: virtual documentary, routes, photographic collections.
>Street signs “Commune Res Tipica”
Res Tipica is proposed for the future to equip the adherent Communes with its network of street signs of welcome, evoking, with the brand, the idea of a territory with marked identities, which are culture, landscapes and welcome.
>>Horizontal nets and initiatives of analysis and learning
Such strategic line aims to arrange and to value the enormous wealth of the “identities” represented from the 21 Associations adherent to Res Tipica and to restore their value in terms of knowledge and competences. That through the realization of:
>Partnerships and synergies
In the course of these years Res Tipica has tried to maximize either the opportunities to make an internal system (through collaborations with the Associations of Identity), or to multiply the contacts with priority external interlocutors which are Ministry of the Agriculture and the Forest Policies, Ministry of the Property and the Cultural Activities, Ministry of the Environment, or resuming alliances that already exist .
On this subject, for the project Res Tipica, we remember that since 2003 ANCI has signed protocols of agreement ,with the following partners: Assocamerestero,
Unioncamere, Coldiretti, CIA, Unpli, Unicredit Banca d’Impresa, Indicod, Agrotec, Fitus, ANDMI.
>Studies and analysis
The intention is to favour the knowledge on the topics of the territorial marketing through the activity of study and analysis (promotion, protection and valorisation of the local identities), aiming to support the system of the local Autonomies in the decisional choices in matter of local development, cultural tourism and high quality gastronomy.
>Course of formation
During these years the operating structures of ANCI have registered a strong demand for formation and adjournment by many public operators which are engaged in the field of the valorisation of typical local productions and of the territory.
For this reason it is thought opportune to predispose a course of well organized formation, that also can be spread by long distance, for the administrators and to the civil employees of the network Res Tipica and for all those subjects that are engaged in favouring the local development. The treated arguments will regard technical-administrative themes and themes of communication and territorial marketing.
>Interaction-course of identity
It will be aimed to construct courses of identity between the territories, developing the idea of horizontal nets. The constitution of transversal nets of identities (for example same geographic area, same historical origins) will favour not only the small centers, but the whole territory and therefore it can promote better its identities with the support of Res Tipica.
>>Events and participation to the manifestations
For next biennium (2007-2008) will be programmed and realized several events of national importance in various territorial macro areas; such events will be managed together with important partnerships l (Coldiretti, UPI, UNCEM, Legambiente, ANFIA, Unioncamere, Touring Club, “CinemadaMare”…) in order to value in an adequate way the activities and the programs of the National Associations of the Cities of Identity.
>“The Encounter of Res Tipica” - press conferences
In order to promote the image of “Res Tipica” in the Italian regions, there will be organized “Gli incontri di Res Tipica” (“The meetings of Res Tipica”) with press conferences and seminaries in the main cities of the region, and in other places, that will be decided by the Associations of the Cities of Identity. First of all, the “launching” of the CD, that will collect music and songs of groups that maintain in life the local musical traditions.
>Res Tipica Festival
The object is, to organize territorial festivals of Res Tipica , starting from the initiatives of the Associations of the Cities of Identity, that will offer the spectators an improved calibre of: traditional music, exhibitions, seminaries, workshops and sampling. In a middle long period, there will be realized the International Festival of Res Tipica, that will present, to the whole world, the net of the Associations of the Cities of Identity, through concerts, literary meetings, theatre, guided samplings, discussions, cultural exchanges.
>Res Tipica in the world
For the next biennium and in a narrow collaboration with the Associations of the Cities of Identity, Res Tipica will participate in national and, above all, in international events, that regards tourism, culture, high quality gastronomy. Particularly, for the realization of this point, we will keep ourselves in close contact with the Italian institutions, that usually operate abroad, both the commercial and the cultural.
