Regulations of adhesion to Res Tipica.
Res Tipica is the ANCI (National Association of Communes of Italy) plan of territorial marketing for the protection and the promotion of Italian territories through their identities. The plan was originated in order to safeguard and to promote the huge wealth of landscapes, environment and culture of our Country and to value the rural culture, in order to withstand the homologation of places, knowledge and flavour.
ART. 1
Purpose:
The object and scope of Res Tipica project are:
• to promote and to value the territorial identities of the local Autonomies, in single or associated shape, which are classified as Res Tipica and, as they are, they will acquire the right to use this denomination and the relative registered graphic brand to the conditions defined in this regulations;
• to constitute, for all adherent local Autonomies a place of confrontation, of exchange of experiences and researches that also can be a laboratory of ideas, finalized to the protection, the valorization and to the economic and social development of the Italian territories;
• to safeguard the cultural identities of the Italian territories running through historical and personal events and through traditional knowledge regarding the typical productions;
• to carry the Italian territories abroad, not only diffusing their wealth and their culture, but also projects of territorial marketing capable of attracting investments in place;
• to render the local Autonomies aware of the necessity to conciliate the respect of the cultural wealth and the wealth of the environment together with the necessity of the development of economic activities, and to promote a public management, that will be able to satisfy the expectations of the citizens and of established enterprises.
ART. 2
Object:
1. The depositary of the Res Tipica brand is ANCI and its use is subordinate to the discipline of the law 929/1942 and successive modifications. Therefore, the brand can, in no way, be used from thirds party without a preventive authorization, released from ANCI.
2. The adhesion to the regulations of Res Tipica and of the Association, whose body is adherent, must be approved by the Assembly (Communal Council, Provincial Council, etc.) with a deliberation.
3. The Communes, that adhere to one of the Associations of the Cities of Identity, automatically, through the Association, adhere to Res Tipica, without further demand for adhesion.
ART. 3
Conditions of admission of the Associations:
1. For the concession of the brand Res Tipica the local Autonomies, which are interested in the proceeding of a demand for adhesion, will have to present a project, which proves the existence of characteristic identities of the territory and that they are linked together by a close bond of history and of culture of the same territory, as well as of the homogeneity of the characteristics for the single Bodies.
2. The approval of the demand of adhesion is subordinated to the verification of the subsistence of the conditions regarding point 1 of the present article. In case of success, the local Autonomies, which are interested in, will be entitled to use the brand.

ART. 4
Administrators:
1. For the examination of the demands of adhesions was instituted a technical-scientific committee, built of recognized personalities, which are operating in the field of territorial marketing, of cultural tourism and high quality gastronomy and, as well, of a representation of the Associations of the Cities of Identity.
ART. 5
Tasks of the administrators
1. The technical-scientific committee value the candidacies of admission of the local Autonomies. Also is it the task of the technical-scientific committee to institute the dossier of recess and of exclusion for the Associations, that do not satisfy anymore the criteria established in this regulations.
ARTICOLO 6
Causes of exclusion and recess
1. It is a cause of exclusion from the project Res Tipica , if the Association has not all the necessary qualifications for an admission (see article 3) .
2. The local Autonomies recede from Res Tipica in the same moment in which they recede or are excluded from the Association to which they adhere. The receding local Body, however, is obliged to fulfil all the obligations it has already assumed, until the executive of the recess
